What was it about?

- Due to the online e-commerce experience being divided into multiple segments, customers found it difficult to navigate across segments.
- The segmentation was originally created for ease of business and ended up confusing the customer while making a purchase.
- This project was aimed at unifying the segments and create one single segment while also keeping the business division intact.

My role
As a Product Manager

- Created approx. 250 requirements including edge cases and technical modifications.
- Developed ideas to solve challenges in achieving the goal.
- Gathered data on a potential loss of saved carts due to the feature and developed the solution with team.

Results

- $1.5M annually by keeping from loss of saved carts
- Approx. $3.5M annual revenue generation -
- 72% customer satisfaction score post 2 months of the launch.
