I am an Inbound Product Manager at ServiceNow's Cloud Observability. Previously worked with Dell Technologies as a product manager focusing on delivering seamless online cart & checkout user experience. I enjoy collaborating with teams who are passionate about technology and problem solving. Worked on products developed for internal users focused on streamlining the interaction between services.

Education


I recently earned my Masters degree in Business Analytics, by learning tools and techniques to convert data into meaningful insights. I learned tools such as machine learning, database and visualization and techniques to employ these skills in making valuable business decisions. I completed my Bachelors of Engineering in Computer Science from Chandigarh University, India.
